:D Thanks very much! These are all with a pretty terrible camera---I ordered a new one a few days ago, so it should be coming in soon (I can't wait to try it out with these guys, they're so photogenic!).

As far as settings go, I don't use any flash, and I mess around with shutter speed till I find the right fit. Sometimes I'll use another light fixture, but I didn't for any of these. It's frustrating using a point-and-click model---my next one is a step up, so hopefully that'll help.

I'm glad you like the pics, thanks!

Wow when I try moving picts without a flash, mine are always blurry!

It's really just a matter of getting the best exposure:light ratio, I've found. Also---if you move the camera at the same velocity as the fish, the fish comes out clear and the background is blurred (like the "darting" shot of the delhezi). Some people do this really well, it's a cool effect! I'm still trying to get the hang of it---try it out sometime, it's fun. :)

How much does the senegal costs in your country? It cost around S$10 to get one around 10" in Singapore and they are pretty common.

BTW, you have some very nice and well fed senegals!

What do you feed your senegals.
