i had my 12"+ endli in my ray pool that has a 15" clearance it needed to get out and sure enough he managed. found him dried up on the floor, f*ck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! had since it was like 2-3"....... Don't underestimate these guys, they do jump and high!

Sorry to hear that :(...I had mine jump too...only I found it walking toward me on the floor. I was like wtf???? Back he went in the tank. Now there are clips holding him in.

They are good jumpers.. like i told Michael earlier, polypterus have a knack for finding
a small opening on an otherwise secure tank. Oh well, try again.. :(

Damn that sucks:( did you check your water parameters? (couldve been a factor in him wanting out by any means). I have my Endi in a tank with glass canopies, hasnt tried to get out yet.

polys are know to surivive quite awhile out of water, remember they can breath air.

did you even try to toss him back in and see if he came back to life?

ive heard stories of this happening
