Polypterus endlicheri not eating

How big is this endli? I've had 5-7" bichirs not go without eating for 1 week without issues. I wouldn't worry if the underside is not concave. My WC retropinnis was being harassed by my senegal, and I noticed that its belly was concave. I isolated it in a breeder box (5"x7") and made sure that bloodworms fell near its face. It started eating after 3-4 days. From that point on, it learned to swim up when it saw me, so I fed it BW twice a day for 1 week. I was able to move it on to gel food, Repashy Bottom Scratcher. Now it's in the main part of the grow out tank and eats like a beast.
