I've seen those pics up close before, and it belongs to ebink previously, perhaps it was then sold to another person. The locals hv made another fancy name for it which is the platinum endlicheri tiger stripes, or something like that. Which is also claimed to be the most expensive of all platinum endlicheri, or just another way of making profits.
BUT !!!!!! Its making me crazy to even read the name of it, no offense, but as I said, I have seen those pics up close before, and the endli is not perfect, means, the body scales are not align properly and so the top fins.
I dunno if there is any platinum endli which still maintain the stripes out there. Is it possible? has anyone ever seen one?? another leucestic type of palmas maybe? or is it the semi plat endli?
Platinum or not I wouldn't buy that endli with the price of a platinum endli.
Based on the info I obtained from the local breeder, getting a perfect snow white bichirs/platinum has to go through several generation of breeding, and the chances are very little. And still you may end up with a deform plat bichir.
I guess the question about platinum bichirs will be a lot easier to answer if bichirs breeding are available/possible worldwide. Breeding bichirs here is like producing snacks, and people here are just trying to make money from it, including creating their own markets name for the bichirs.
I've seen also, some endlis with lots of white pigments in their color, but this does not make it platinum. No matter where you would put the endli, the color do will chance, because the endli is adapting with the environment, but nevertheless it will still maintain its original color and nothing can change that.
