I give mines a varied diet of bloodworms, mysis shrimp, shrimp pellets, carnivore tabs, wax worms and crickets. I've heard tilapia filets are great for growth!

Tilapia imo is the best food for poly, give them alot of grith, but pellets have more nitrients in them too.
