I am a great example of someone who lost a nice poly to a pleco. It happened overnight. Completely stripped him of his slime coat.

Damn plecos. Haha! I moved the pleco to my other tank with my florida gar. They dont seem to bother each other much. Thanks!

An update on my growouts: In 3 months my del has grown ~4 inches. Measured her and she's between 7 and 8" now. She eats like a beast with or without lights. Moved her to a different tank and got some measurements. 
My endli is growing slower and I estimate her to be around 5". Pretty shy compared to the del when it comes to eating but still a beast once food is infront of him.
I also got a smaller ornate about 2 months ago (used to be around 2" now maybe 3 possibly 4") and another endli just a week after I got my first roughly the same size as my other. Cant get pics of them tho. Ornate keeps swimming while the endli hides behind the plants.
Here's a recent pic of my "poorly" marked delhezi and a pic of my little endli. (excuse the dirty tank. Had a pump malfunction and substrate got all mixed up)
