You can count on the latter being true. Fat little buggers these two!

very nice, they are very common here in South East Asia, and they are usually very very greedy. You might notice later as they grow, they'd start develop green colors on their fins, and on their body. Had photos of them in my thread somewhere.

I'm pretty new to Bichir keeping but i've already grown attached to these two. I went back to the LFS and bought myself a couple of Albino Senegalus the next day. Trying to get some Retropinnises and Mokelembembe now.

they're easy to find online and in florida and SoCal and places like that, but north carolina is just kinda limited in LFS's, though i did just place an order with one of the stores and they said they'd try to find out if they can get em so here's to hoping

Everything from mealworms to Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets and FBW.

Nice, mine is always hungry, just had his 6th serving of bloodworms today. Each serving is like 1 teaspoon. I gave up and drop 1 sinking pellet in there.

PS : My ornate is on a hungry strike, i think he is jealous of all the attention my palma is receiving.

I feed them almost 5-7 times a day, 1 cube/feeding. That's cos' my Afro needs to eat constantly.
