My Fahaka requires zero extra care, but that's also because he's still so small and is still in a community tank. Not big enough to eat anything besides bloodworms/brine shrimp right now.

Easy enough then. I am happy that ALL my fish eat pellets or flakes as a staple
they have got a certain charm to them though, need to try sometime

That's gotta be nice. My fish, even the regular ole cichlids, are spoiled little divas and will basically only eat bloodworms.
It took some time to get my knifefish eating pellets steadily, they still love bloodworm but i rarely feed it
