polys grow rate?

Ma most matured ones are the ornates... they are around 12" & 1 sen... and the rest are all growing out... i have 4 endlis 3 dels 2 laps they all growing out now...
 
how fast are your dels growing out i have heard they grow slow? and what size are they and what how much and when do you do water changes and what and when do you feed them i am thinking about getting a del and growing him out?

haven't really focused on it since school has been out but that changes tomorrow ( yaay :()

They growing pretty fast... i got them at 2" now they hitting 3- 3.5 i guess... 3 weeks now.... the feeding list is
Hikari Lionhead
Hikari Excel
Massivore
Blood Worms as treats
Market shrimps
Tilapia
Quarantined feeders (i feed them Hikari floating sticks) as treats

Weekly 50% WC with every 2nd day 10-20% WC when i remove dirt.... I used to have a del before which was a slow grower... but this batch has got some good growth... i think the water change really helps and ofcourse the tilapia :)
