Posted this in my build thread under the DIY forum but figured I'd post here just to show off the polys in their new home. They are happy as can be now :)

Moved the fish into the first 120g 4x2x2 tank this evening. They settled right in and everyone ate with in 5 mins of being moved into their new home so I think they approve. Stock is 2 Delhezi, 3 Geo's, and my polleni/bleekeri. Once my pair of Senegal\s grow out large enough they will go in the tank as well. Drained the other 120g tank and should be able to start the background for that one later in the week.

Still not 100% sure of what I plan to stock on the other 120g yet, but I'm leaning maybe some polys with a group of angels like some platinum angels or something like that perhaps.

Thanks, as you can tell I spend a lot of time in there. I have dubbed it "Steve-topia" lol. Once the other tank is all done I'll share some pics of the rest of the room because there's other tanks in there as well. Opposite where these tanks are there's a 125g 6ft frontosa colony/tang tank, then a 75g with spotted silver dollars, and a 75g with koi overwintering while the pond is frozen.

Anyone got suggestions for polys for the other 120g tank? I was thinking maybe Albino Sens, gold dust/butt, with some angelfish or something along those lines maybe?

Why not get a cb endli. I think that a 4x2x2 would be fine for one. They arent very active but also dont hide and will give you a chance to keep lower jaws

Originally I wanted to get an Endli but I keep going back & forth on it because of tank size. I think it would probably be "okay" in the 4x2x2 but just would not be ideal. I haven't completely ruled it out but I just want to make sure I get something that would be properly cared for and not have it feel cramped. Still undecided but I have a couple weeks or so to kick it around till this other tank is ready.

I totally understand man its great that you care about the fish insteas of viewing them as something to collect like a stamp.

Not trying to sway you either way just sharing my experience. Ive had 5 endlis. 2 were cb while the others were wc. They were/are pretty lazy fish. They arent hiders but arent a fish thats going to swim laps back and forth. Imo the width is more important than the length with polys. Most agree that 2ft is fine many keep large lower jaws in 180 gal.
