Polys in their new home!

That's actually the other reason I was thinking maybe something other than an endli because I'm getting spoiled by how active my dels are
It seems like my dels are swimming back and forth across the glass at least 50-60% of the time or more. I would really like to at least have a LJ though. I'm also kicking around the idea of a BGK and some elephant nose and other oddballs such as that perhaps. I dunno... decisions decisions.
I think I would. I've never had one but I know everytime I see someone post a pic of one here it always makes me smile because they are cool and yet silly looking at the same time lol. I'd bet watching their feeding habits is neat as well with that long nose.
if you get them get 4 or more it is fun to watch their antics as they chase each other around you will be shocked at their agility. Mine were accidently trained to associate my hand going in the tank to mean food because I would put the bloodworms in a tea cup of tank water and slide it down the side to get past the mosquito fish. Now they nudge my hand looking for bloodworms when it is in the tank
Been thinking about it as well as talking to a few people here today and I think I have a pretty good idea of what I plan to stock the 2nd 120g with. Thinking the following...
3 UJ polys (different from the other 120g so maybe moke, albino senegal, teug)
4 Elephant nose
1 Black Ghost Knife
1 Datnoid
I always liked the looks of datnoids but was concerned about the size but I spoke to krichardson since he has kept a lot of them and he thinks one dat would be fine in that tank, so at least as of now that is the way I am planning on stocking that 2nd 4x2x2

to bad your not close to me my LFS just got a pair of pelican knives they would be a good substitute for the BGK and they are cheaper than I've ever seen at only $69
Haven't seen pelican knives before. Googled it, those are pretty cool looking. I might go back to one of my LFS this weekend and see if he still has what I saw a couple weeks ago there. About 2 weeks ago he had an 11"-12" really thick BGK. Think he had either $79 or $89 on it if memory serves correct. That shop is always higher than anyone else but if I can get him down to around $65 range I may grab it if its still there.
