Six feet drop into the pond. It's going to be loud. Neigbors will be pissed.

View from the top of the fall. The entire waterfall blocks the view of the pond below.
If you drop the rocks you will may crack the concrete.
If you want to keep the pond safe then lay down a few 2x4s(non treated ie no anti termite poison) wraped in towels or a good tarp. When you drop the rocks the 2x4s will splinter and crack but the force will be distributed then just pull out the scraps. Trust me when I say you don't want to be trying to fill in cracks in the floor of the pond.
But really it might be better to pour the moulds in the pond. Because that impact will be nasty. (calculate your psi strength of the pour then a simple force = mass X acceleration using 9.81m/s^2 for acceleration then think when the rocks hit it will be only a few square inches for the initial impact. Lots of energy in that much concrete. If you want to pour in the pond you could place them right side up. Place sand around the base so nothing leaks out then drill a few holes in the top of the mould. And pour into the holes.
Just my .02$. The pond looks freaking amazing so far keep up the good work.
