I found a pin size hole in my liner and its leaking out ever so slowly, i was wondering if there is anything i can use to patch it without draining it? I have no place to put all the large fish and no huge reservoir of water to refil if i did drain so i was hoping i could patch it somehow with the water in there.

Well u could try patching with silicone and maybe a piece of liner on the bottom but u can't get to it, maybe if u put a heavy rock ontop a dab of silicone. Idk u really have to dry it to fix it properly but if u get the silicone in quick enough I believe it will retain some sealing properties.

Drive a stainless steel screw into it.

I think your screwed. Sorry

notice the pun between kendragon and DIDYSIS? lol

yeah thats good stuff lol. Guess ill just spend a bunch of money tomorrow maybe setup a new pond next to the one already up transfer water and fish, patch the one with the leak and ill just have a 2nd pond lol. F*** it sounds like a better plan to me.

Hey I gave some hopeless ideas, Atleast they were ideas...not really. Just plug ur finger on the hole with a mini fridge of beer right next to u. Ur good for like 2 hrs before u gotta p.

Yeah i like that idea except i cant drink lol. Guess my new car fund just became a new pond fund. Oh well two 1000 gallon ponds is better than one.

Andrew im sure it has to be drained. Its only half way down the side that the hole is(probably put there by the stingrays barb) but i was hoping there was some new product i hadnt heard of that could seal leaks underwater. Someone should get on inventing that product.

I like the idea of that. Myself I would find a 300 gallon stock tank to fill and move everything over for a short while. Drain clean and fix that thing in record time then either keep the stock tank or decide to clean and return in like new condition
