What is the best brand of pond liner for my money?

for indoor, I believe you can use a heavy duty tarp or drop cloth.

As far as I know most liners are about 44mm thick and you can get tarps that are near that thickness maybe about 30mm...but if you're inside you dont need to worry about weathering and rocks, heat change, etc. Just an Idea, I don't have either an indoor or outdoor pond ATM so please take the advice lightly

44 mil and 44MM are 2 verry verry verry different things. Pond liner thickness is measured in mil. IF they were 44MM thick they would be nearly 2 inches thick, but I have yet to see one near that thick.
