the pond was his idea and yes he's the builder and supplier.
the agreement was, he gets responsibility for the care and maintanence of the plants and landscape(which he wants) and i get the responsibility for the care and maintanence of the fish.

80-90 percent of your replies to people that ask for help or offer their opinions have been degrading and abusive. I'm sure your parents are good people and tried their best to guide you in young life, but apparently you must have taken a lot of stupid pills behind your parents backs.

My Dad beat me so much even for just getting bad grades. He'd use his belt and whip my ass sometimes until it bled. Then he told me my Grandpa used to use a horse whip on him.

my dad on the other hand smacked me and beat me for the stupidest crap that was mostly just accidents because i was clumsy or inexperienced at something. one time when i was 14 i was smacked and beaten with a ceramic bowl because i didnt want to eat his girlfriends cooking simply because i wasnt hungry (it tasted it for the hell of it and it tasted like **** but i never told him that).
