Pond vs Tank - The Great Debate

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Ever thought of keeping rays. They look great in ponds.

I would just say get a large display tank (or a few). using the pond as a sump (and storage for your fish that aren't on display is a great idea). rotate out which fish you display every few months.

Polish, I am going with choice #4. Let it BURN.

Then I would get a custom tank of 7x3x3.

I would start buy flipping the box upside down and start a fire at the bottom corner base. After the starter corner starts to burn, stand back and enjoy it.

When the fire engulfs that box, catches to the top of (bottom of wooden tank) your project, sit back and you will get big fire for a hopefully a few minutes.

After that it usually dies down to a measly fire.

Unless you stack much more to burn around/on top of it.

I was going to burn something tonight but there's a chance of rain.

Well I think for now it's going to stay. It finally completed it's *mini* cycle it seems because Ammonia tested 0 last night, it had a little bit lingering for a while. I am still not super happy with it but I picked up a new tank for in the house so that project will keep me busy for a while. Plus the fish are happy and eating good, they now remember I am the source of food instead of getting spooked. The pond plants I added to my filter are growing like crazy. So we'll see how it does...

Here are a couple pics I posted in my other thread.

I figured out if I put in some floating food I can get awesome shots. So this will keep me entertained for a while trying to get that perfect shot. None of these are that good, but it gives you an idea.
