Ponds upstairs..?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
most floors cannot support such weights i mean 500 gallons of water weights about 5000 pounds after rocks ect, yea so i would say no my friend bulids houses and says that a 125 is pushin it

ive done a lil construction though im no expert. id say it would depend on the placement. but i really wouldnt recomend it. it could do some damage that could effect u in the long term.

also how the house is layed out would effect it. a smaller room would be better than a large room especially if theres a wall or to under the floor below.
and once again im no expert just my opinion

get 11 mates to stand in the spot your planning for it for a while that should give you about 1 ton of weight

most people advise puttting it hard up against a wall running across the beams,
a nice big flat base will help spread the load even more but youd be best asking a builder or getting a survey done.
