Well probably anything then the one they give you lol honestly on my ponds I use a pond filter sump but they've stopped making those now but if you look around some Lfs still have them and online there's stuff very if not exactly the same. Key to clear water for ponds is uv sterilizers, good flow, and pond plants. Setting up my common snapping turtle pond with nothing but pond plants and lots of flow. Honestly you could get crystal clear water results with uv, variety of pond plants, and a good pump(s) for flow. With your intex pool you get a 2,000 gph pump right? Use that for the flow and get some more pumps for flow and have them face the end of the pond. Now at the end of the pond place your pond plants there and your uv you'd be good to go.
