Pool filter sand with Geo's

Home depot doesn't sell this stuff, at least not the ones in Denver. Your best bet is to find a pool/spa supplier. I found several in denver and its about $11 for a 50# bag. My tank has already cleared up.
 
I've used pool filter sand for years, it's chosen for pools to be neutral because it could effect human skin, and is used by water suppliers to filter out impurities in drinking water.
Work/construction sand can be problematic because can have create a high pH (9+), sorry I'm late.
