Pool Filter Sand

So I have been looking to buy a bag of pool Filter Sand for my 29 gallon aquarium. I went to Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowes and NONE of them had any. It was really surprising theb didn't carry it...Does anyone know anywhere else that would carry it besides Petco (way overpriced)

I'm actually surprised Home Depot and Lowes don't carry it near you

I got mine at Home Depot but understand Ace Hardware (if you have one near you) has some also. Mine was about $12 for 100lbs of PFS

I had the same problem, what i did was google local pool supply stores. Good luck

Ace has it I purchased mine there. was told that the pool industry had moved forward from that type of filtration so I might stock up if you know what I mean

I know pool supply stores have it for sure. I got mine at menards. 50lbs $8.99

go to a local pool supply store

Did you ask the sand isn't placed in the pool section but the garden section near stones and gravel.

Only select home depot carry it, the sand by the rocks is different, playsand

Pool supply store is easiest like stated above

Try Leslie's pool supplies. That's where I got all of mine.
