pool tank indoor is it good idea

I had a pool in my basement for over a year. I have a humidifier that drains into the floor drain. It’s been running since we moved here 5yrs ago. I didn’t notice much of an increase in humidity. But it did get leaks when I moved it. As long as the basement isn’t finished and there is a floor drain I’d say you’ll be fine.
I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable keeping a pool again if my basement was finished.

They can be quite good for keeping fish, and are much cheaper than aquaria of the same size, what do you plan to keep in it?

I asked him sleep at my Ex's house, and he didn't mind, the humidity in the house was similar to where I live now in Panama.
The pools I had were kiddy pools and fairly shallow (1to 1.5 ft or so), one was about 500 gallons, another 1000, I doubt they'd be large enough for Red Tail cats, and others mentioned, you probably want the 3 to 4ft deep, 3000+ gallon round model.
