Pool Volume

Can anyone tell me how much waer is in a 5 foot round kiddie pool thats a foot deep? Thanks. Just seeing if I hae enough room for fish with my turtle.

"Feeder" style goldfish. Maby a carp. Turtle can't catch them anyway as the thing is full of cinderblocks and the fish just swim into them, and the turtle is WAY t big to follow. She doesn't really try anyway.

Check the pH every once in a while unless the cinder blocks are well aged, new ones are very alkyline and can seriously raise the pH.

I wouldn't be feeding goldfish. VERY fatty, and somewhat hard to digest if i remember. And yeah, turtle fishy 'friends' are always going to be feeders!

fat from a constant diet of goldfish will cause an obese turtle which puts alot of pressure on the turtle organs and in extreme cases a fat turtle can crack its own shell, also a high fat diet of goldfish can inhibit the turtles boby from absorbing enough calcium to maintain its bones and shell. i think that goes for protein too.
