I read that they like to play in strong currents (e.g., near a powerhead), but don't have experience myself.....was looking into getting some but now my setup changed and I won't be able to do it in the near future...

They do love strong currents. I would always catch them swimming against the current for minutes. Kind of reminds me of a salmon trying to go up a river.
