Once pop-eye has happened, can the eye be fixed? and if so, how do u speed up the process? certain foods or medicines?

I had this happen twice, first time I used Maracyn 2, Worked great, 2nd time I decided to use melafix. took alot longer and my jar is just starting eating after like three months. The maracyn 2 worked better. Better act fast before it gets worse. He could lose an eye. When I got my shipment of 8 jars one of them had pop eye. I went to work came home and one of his eyes was gone.
