Popeye. How do I treat?

Moved him to the other infilled patio pond and am dosing Maracyn and Epsom Salt

why would you put it in something bigger that requires more medication than the smaller tank?

He has not improved at all. What do you suggest?

He was up and about today. He got some food, and he ate every bit of it, and I added another 5G to the normal water change amount.

In my experience clean water can usually fix bacterial infectinos like this all on it's own. I also add melafix to aid recovery.

I do water changes every other day. He has about 10 gallons in the pond.
