Porcupine Puffer, Diodon holocanthus ?

He was eating like a pig until 2days ago

By the pics I don't immediately see any issues. Puffing is usually a sign of stress. While the sg is low it's not terribly so. Did it drop suddenly? How are alk and pH?

I dropped it slowly! Ph is at a 8.0 from dropping the Salinity & I haven't checked the alk!

Why did you drop the sg?

I believe that the eel has him stressed out! I seen a couple of white spots on the soldierfish so I dropped the st to treat for possible Parasites I've done it before with no problems

That is possible. The eel is a known predator. Maybe an injury (head) from running from the eels antics.

Do they recover from that? What I'm in looking at 50/50?

It's hard to say. Sometimes. Puffers are kind of fragile.
