love me some pork ribs. especially when the ribs used to be attached to baby pigs
sometimes i'll boil the ribs to ever so slightly cook the meat. then I take a brush and glaze them with home made sauce. made up of oyster sauce, hoysen sauce, garlic powder and bbq sauce of my choice.
and then I drop them on the burning grill to sear the ever living **** out of them.
eat with sweet rice and grilled veggies of choice with a cold glass of lemon iced tea.
