Thanks Dan.What are those spray bottles for?

Dan's got it down!!!! Low s' slow. The first pic that starts the thread off is a bit too covered in sauce for my taste, I like my meat to talk to me.

I also like braising mine, usually with apple cider and red and black pepper. :9

oh man that's just not right I knew I shouldn't have clicked on this. I need me some ribs! Those look so good.

damn! i love me some pork ribs! anyone got recipes?

I guess I'd give some a try but for the most part the ribs cooked in their own fat and juices makes them good enough for me....thanks guys now I feel like running out and buying some for supper.

Pops seems to have abandoned his thread, so I will just spam it with my bbq pics until he gets back....

You can't go all winter without BBQ pork ribs!

Sometimes I dry-rub and sauce my ribs, other times it is just salt. With pork shoulder it is always just salt and meat.

Wow! What does the turd consist of? I see bacon!! :D

It is half a jalapeno filled with cream cheese/jack cheese and then wrapped in bacon. I cook them in the smoker on low/medium for about an hour or a little more.

Your fish look like they want some lol :)

I had to include the gratuitous fish-tank shot in the lounge thread.... ;)
