Portion size??

I have had a look at other threads and even had my own regarding feeding of polys however im now looking for an idea about portion size.

I currently have been feeding mussels and bloodworm i have ordered massivore theres no where around me that sells it. Im also getting small silverside fish today and will be getting some fillets over the weekend.

My question is how much and what size silverside should i be giving my polys being that they are 5 inches each?

id probably go with ones around an inch, personally the silversides i bought at petsmart range from like an inch to about 3" i just tear the bigger ones up to keep my guys happy

yep, the big ones I just cut up into 3 parts...

But if they aren't frozen your fish will portion it out themselves, bite, snout to the sand and thrash! How it's done in creatures life with no hands! lol

They were about 3 inch each. Just cut them in a couple of pieces and they loved it tearing at them.
