Possibility of Albino Red Tail cat

Thats from Neotropical... cool stuff on that page...But they had no info about them... just this pic which claims that they are in fact Redtails... but are they just the newly hatched or are they actual color variants?

I think that these are newly hatched with a nice zoom lens as it would be very well documented if someone had this many Variants
