Have any slate or anything smooth for eggs?

i did leave a ceramic dish in the middle. but not eggs yet. the fishes crapped all over the bowl. lol which i have to clean. maybe i should turn on the heater again.

apparently, the heater is broken. and ive been without heater for a while. i placed a order during the weekend but not sure when its gonna be comming.

Agree with the last statement... The male is intimidated by the female... One of these days if you won't separate them, the female will murder the male...

At 5"...I'm guessing your male is at most almost a year old. I would grow it out another half a year and try it again.

If your fish is not a picky eater, I would try to get one of those Jungle Lab Internal Parasite Pellets. It works superb for all of my fish with internal parasites.

the male hasnt eaten anything for about a week now.
