Possible fungus?

Could be but I googled pictures of columnaris and it looks like an an open white sore or red
Also if it it just body fungus I forgot to say methalyine blue (Ik I butchered the spelling) as it combats fungus, both dose the water with it and get a qtip and dab it on there
(Is the fungus/white area furry/fuzzy and flowy like hair?)

Can mimic fungus.

Would amoxicillin work instead of the kanaplex/furan combo.
I have conveniently misplaced my kanaplex (finding an empty box, but not the bottle) and I don't have furan2
