LOL it doesn't work for me! I tried to keep them at least 3 times and sold them out after 3 months, I had wolf fish and I like them even they most of the time just lay at 1 spot of bottom of the tank but I couldn't get into keeping Polypterus

How can you tell it is a captive bred form framcosco .?
Any more info on these guys or links to info would be awesome help too guys.. I have been reading up on here and few other pages to gain more knowledge...

Well first off rarely do Wild Caught endlis come in at that size. And if they do come in at that size the LFS will make sure you know by jacking the price up and labeling it, but like I said rarely do LFS get endlis much less WC endlis. Another way is physical features. The head shape of yours is much more rounded and had "frog eyes." Where as WC endlis usually have flatter heads and eyes are more natural looking. And once you get used to telling the difference you start to be able to see smaller things such as pattern difference, and other smaller things.
