I don't think so, mainly because the number of stripes on dorsal and caudal fin.. Almost 100% sure it is LDA19..
I could be wrong though. Lets see what others think..

Only common Ive seen at this place is like 16" all the smaller Plecos are fancy plecos to some extent.

Interesting plec... does not look like an LDA19 due to its coloration, I've never seen one that color. However its pattern is similar to LDA19. Based on pattern I'd guess either L270 or L316.

i dont think its a L316 but i agree im not sure if it is a LDA19 either. looks like one of the many Peckoltia sp.
