Possible order mistake

Cardinals just arrived. Pale and small, probably stressed. I had 3 DOA, and I got photos out to wet spot tropicals. Now I have to decide if it's worth paying shipping for 3 Cardinals, or just eat that for the time being. Don't plan on making an order anytime soon, but maybe for a future discus order it may would come in handy.
 
Got them in the qt now. Wow they colored up almost immediately. Very nice and had 2 great experiences with wet spot tropicals and pet solutions. I can't say enough good things about both. I'll probably get a discus soon from wet spot and have the 3 Cardinals ship with it.

As for Tom and rain forest international, what a joke. Do NOT do business with this guy. Gonna see how long it takes him to get my refund now.
 
I've gotten plenty of fish from ws and i think they are top notch. Great customer service and the best packaging ive seen from any vendor ive purchased from. They also stand behind there product.
Last summer i order a polypterus mokelembembe from them and noticed it was deformed. Nothing major imo, it didnt have any dorsal finlets. They offered to send me another one or give me store credit.
 
So about this order. Wondering what you guys would do. Tom said he put the refund in last Wednesday and said it'd be in my statement in 3 to 5 days but would cost a 20% restocking fee. I don't really even think he got the fish out of the tank to ship. Still Nothing. Called chase and they said they haven't received anything and it would show as soon as it was received but could take 30 days to process. I'm wondering if I should just dispute the charge already.

I've called him 2 or 3 times and he always says he has done it and tries to rush off the phone. Getting frustrated!

Yeah they had very good customer service and the order was flawless.

I can not get over this guy. FedEx said they never got anything from him yet he said they messed up and had the package sitting there. How are people like this in business? I guess people like me but some don't know otherwise.
I'd email him and ask if those fish he claimed he couldn't refund you where still in the bag since he had them ready to ship and that's why you couldn't get your money back lol. I'd drive my point home but I'm a jerk to bad business owners.
 
I would 1000000% tell them he falsely charged your card, get THEM To refund you and let them use their army of retainered lawyers to jump on his back.

I never ordered from pet solutions but I put one of their managers through hoops figuring out if they had longnose or florida gar in their tanks haha. Dude was on top of it, emails, texts everything telling me they had a full out fight in the stock room over what kind of gar they are haha.
