Possible Pair?

Okay so I just picked up my male Jaguar & a few days ago I posted on here a jaguar that my LFS had which everybody seemed to think was a female. So here are pictures of the two and then a video. The "female" seems to look more like a Juvi male now that it's in my tank.

Cant get the picture of the male to work, but I've posted it before. The male is about 7.5" and the smaller fish is about 5". I think it's another male, it's been getting picked on pretty bad since this video.

Oh didn't see the video. The male seems to be trying to mate with the other one in the video. Maybe he's getting fed up and taking it out on her.

All night long he was beating up the smaller one, all I heard was water splashing since the tanks in my bedroom. Woke up and they were next to each other and he kept taking little nibbles at the side of it.
