I'm glad he seems to be recovering from his stomach upset. Honestly Silks have the weakest stomachs of all flowerhorns. If he already eats hikari cichlid gold I would look into offering him the hikari excell version of the food as well. Its a very high fiber and veggie based food. Any food that is high in spurlina is a good staple food for silks.

I’ve seen some of your post and noticed your a good source for help with fh so thank you again for visiting my post And yes I agree After more reading I figured less protein would be best
I’m trying omega one super color cichlids pellets
But probably could get something with higher fiber this ones only 2%
Protein is 38% fat 11%
I’ll look for the excel version tomorrow
