Possible parasites?

Having done fair amount of researching on the pest, I saw no mention of classic treatment of ich...heat and/or salt?
Possible?

Is it possible rid the tank by pulling them off and frequent vacuuming?

Can do this option and hope it hasn’t reproduced.

They have the anchor "worms" just wondering if salt kills them too?

It should but will need a higher salinity level of close to 5ppt and don’t think ur fish will last in that. Also it won’t effect any eggs I believe.

Also you can try dabbing the worms with fresh crushed garlic, might work
