My royal's belly is sunkin also. I was advised to use internal parasite meds. All I could get a hold of was jungle parasite clear. My tank is being treated right now.

The point of treatment is the fish has to ingest the med. Try Metronidazole or praziquantel. Crush the med and put in their food.david503bk;2457412; said:My royal's belly is sunkin also. Just checked on my royal. I didn't put him up to the glass but his stomach looks bulging now. I just followed the instructions on the box.

^ agreed. I got my 4.5" gold nugget in 84degree water and it is fine. Had it since it was 2" I would say that 70-75 is too cold. I wouldnt go less then 77
