Possibly Breeding Jaguar cichlids? advice?

I have never had fry eat holes in there parents, here is a vid of one of there many spawns, I never change water temps, or feed dif, all I do is remove the divider when the female is ready and actively nesting and gravid.

Hi everyone!
I have a pair of Jaguar Chichlid. One has fairly large over time and the other is growing quite slowly so I know they are a pair. My male Jaguar is cleaning a rock and keeps guarding it and in between goes to the surface of the tank to court with the female which mostly hangs around the surface for the food. But all over she doesn't seem interested in breeding as she runs away from the male and never goes near the flat rock. Is there anything I can do to trigger spawning in my tank?
Why do you all think she looks so uninterested?
