New exhibit made local NBC, CBS and FOX news today.

Here's the CBS link. The guy talking is the general curator of the park. I fell into the background helping the kids and reporter feed. However, a barb from my collection got a cameo shot

can't believe i went this long without seeing this thread! amazing work once again matt. question, why wouldnt you want tiled walls on the pool?

Mid March update:
We added 22 more cownose to the display today (32 cownose total, 2 Southern ray pups in the mix). Most of the new additions a year or two old, so fairly small. They're doing great!

I love the last pic of the little guy going for the rays. He was really into it while his Dad held him up.

question, why wouldnt you want tiled walls on the pool?

Tile isn't really my thing. I like to keep exhibits as natural looking as possible. Plus, the tile grout errodes after time being in saltwater, and is a PAIN to keep clean. We scrub it daily, and by the end of the day, it's green again.
