It's a standard rule to deter people from cheating. ie. people starting multiple accounts to better odds...

POST-A-PALOOZA 2008!

We will open this thread at November 10, 2008 9PM EST.....Posting will be capped at 600 posts. From that point on, all posts will be reviewed for compliance and dealt with accordingly. Remember, only members with a post count of 300 or more will be allowed to participate.

Yeah last time it was filled up pretty fast. It's gonna be one of those be prepared sitting at your computer type things.
