Thanks Liz, If I had my way about it the whole house would be filled with reptiles, fish, and dogs. It's almost filled with fish with the 5 tanks running.

They spawned for the first time about 4 days ago but ate the eggs, I moved all the other fish out of that tank yesterday so it's just them in the 30 gallon. Hopefully they will spawn again, the female is full of eggs already. Wish me luck.

I know what you mean!!! good thing though we have our limits,.. everytime i walk into a LFS there is always something coming home with me.. haha...

alot of parents do that if there are other fish around or if they are still immature.. sometimes we would put a stone or leaf for them to disposit the eggs.then take the leaf or stone out after the eggs were fertilized..because some angels continue to eat their eggs..we did have a perfect pair though who did everything right and unfortunetly we thought we were doing them good and moved them to community tank to give them a rest{they had spawned many times and gave us lots of babies}but they stressed out with all the other fish and died..we never got another pair like that.. yes i wish you luck..let me know!!!

your chow???? is a real lion.. what a head on him.. my neighbor has the same dog as you.. and of course the beautiful collie.. hope you saw my Shelby in this thread..still miss her..your collie is so much like Shelby and also that they are both in and near the garden.. your cats are wonderful combo of good looks.. and of course your bichir is what i am looking to buy eventually.. they are so addicting.. thanks for all your pictures and it looks like you really love your pets as i do..

Thanx. theshow chow. is tiny compared to the old chow chow we used to have. the collie (carmen, is thirteen, toothless and bald on her back end. she is OLD. we didn't think she'd make it to Christmas. and that is no bicher, it is a 9" dragon goby. not as interesting. they just look awsome. other then that they are stones, and i forgot the calico cat and the white one are brother and sister. The calico one is very stupid, but the white one (Simon) is my favorate of the 3. The mutt cat is old, adopted, declwed in the front, and always begs for food.

He's a Band dog. Half Neo and half Pit.He's only 7 months old.
