Since matter can be neither created nor destroyed, most water molecules have been intact for millennia. At least some of the spit in your mouth was once Jesus's and/or a TRex's urine.
Also, the molecules and atoms that make up your body were originally squished together with everyone and everything else's that you have ever known, seen or heard about into a single point in space prior to the Big Bang. We ARE stardust.
