How old and or big is it?
Age has some to do with this too. Looking at the anal fin (which is the last fin on the bottom of your fish), the fin is thin and narrow. I thought my two male dels were female until about 18m of age when the fin "filled" out. I don't know if it has to do with age or size of the fish exactly. I've never seen an actual article or thread that gave a definite answer on the subject.

If you'd have read the sticky you should be able to answer your own question. Pics can deceive you depending on clarity, angle, and perspective. Being there observing the animal daily with the information readily at hand you will see it better then most pics could show. But at this point I'd say by that pic it's a female.

Hard to tell as the fin is being compressed by body weight and position. Looking at the base of the fin there is alot (possibly) of musculature (the bulge) I'd guess male but could be wrong. Males usually have a bulge around the base of that fin it's from the muscles that control the cupping action of the fin. Females don't have that. But again positioning could be deceiving. If you look at the pics The Masked Shadow The Masked Shadow posted the first pic is probably the best angle and composition for this sort of thing.

Got it. I’ll get a picture during feeding time showing it. Dels are super active, so it shouldn’t be too hard when he is begging for food. Also, would it help to get a better picture of the anal fin when he is drifting upwards, like in pic 2? He does this for a millisecon, so I can hardest get a nice pic.

Nope. Like I said pic 1 is the best angle. Only way to make it better would be better focus and a closer shot of the fin and surrounding area.
