I want my rocks to be like this:

Also Fleshy or other people who have experience with protein skimmers.

Is this the skimmer you were talken about in a thread that I posted of high nitrates....You said the seaclone for 100 gallons was bad (I don't blame you, because to this day it is annoying to calibrate it)...

Will this work:

I think this is the on you were talken about (with maxijet?)

Personally, I love your rockwork just the way it is, especially for a FOWLR system. Fish need places to swim through. Your nitrate problem is being cased by the canister filter. Get rid of that & add a good skimmer.

I'm a big fan of canisters if cleaned right. They aren't really a problem when they are maintained.

Zoo, those are all public displays, correct?

Yeah, tanks I've built for various places.

So dont go cheap and get a marineland. I cant tell you how much time I have spent on the phone with their people.

They are great about replacement, but when it comes down to it, their products just dont stand up to eheim.

And a couple of pics of my 750...

Epic lol, I placed all my rocks in the corner of the tank and let me tell you...it looks like I have no rocks!!!!....I'm gonna try putting some rocks on the right and on the left...so an open space in the middle......if it doesn't work then I'm gonna try building a structure in the middle that gives space on the sides....

AlsoI'm probably gonna try ordering rocks that are cured and full of Coraline....anyone know?

What kind of angelfish is that in the first pic?...your rocks and fish look epic.....no sharks n the 750?...lol

Once you get coraline started, its just takes off like a weed. It annoys me, quite a bit. I am constantly in my tank with a razor scraping it off of my glass. I wouldnt mind it so much if I could get some red to grow in with the purple and get a marbled effect on the back glass... even though it does lower your par.
