Lil Fender decided to join me in watching the fish eat shrimp. I guess it helps that I let him snack on some pieces of shrimp at the same time

Actually, I ran out of raw and have been feeding my fish cooked shrimp!

They don't seem to mind, in fact, the bichirs seem to prefer the cooked stuff. My picky lap is more outgoing at feeding time (could be due to the new black sand too).

I would give the cat raw shrimp though. As long as it's not pork, etc.. eating raw food isn't such a big deal.
