We're at 13 species right now, over 50 individuals. :D

That moor got in the way of my photo... I don't know what kind of snail it is but it is a native, and I have had it since the summer. There's snow here already... I tried to get a side shot but I gave up after two tries. They were even blurrier than this one.

I see your point, and thanks for the link.

I think I may get a few ramshorns, mysetery snails, or trumpet snails in addition to the shrimp to make the tank more interesting. Is there a reason I would want one type over another?
