Ummm. I think not unless you can give me a locality that confirms that those are the only fish possible.. Those look pretty much exact to the Sacramento perch I have had..Tule perch have very similar morphology and color but almost always have a higher profile...Those are to slim for even that age class of a tule.

I could be wrong but IME with both of these fish I would say Sacramento way before Tule on those..
 
i got them from the aqueduct that runs through Hesperia here in southern California. about 5 miles before it dumps into lake silverwood. ive seen Tules in there since (to 4") but never any Sac's. up above about 60 miles, theres a split and it empties into Quail lake. where the only perch are tules. so comming from the same water source, id say Tule.
 
i sent them to Oddball. unfortunatly none made the trip (totally my fault). but he got them and did his autopsy.
