Plants are growing strong! Added a different type of ludwigia for more color contrast. Four types of swords, a banana plant.

Also purchased two pieces of Malaysian driftwood; on the right side of the tank, one is spider leg shaped, the other is a chunk that harbors some hiding spots with its edges.

Added some white and purple sea stones that my kids and I collected on our first day at the beach all together!

Fishes seem to love it, I added a artificial piece that has three cave systems on the bottom, it resembles real wood on a fake rockbase. My apsito borelli loves it!

My work in progress 70 planted. Have anubias, horn wort, elodia and amazon sword in there. The new driftwood is still leaching a bit if tannins. I also broke up and replanted the elodea to create a forest look as it gets taller

A little update, pic was probably a month ago. Added some SA cichlids since.
Had an algae outbreak, but tuned the lights for shorter run times and algae is slowly going away, almost gone now.

all the plants are mostly doing well, spreading many new shoots. Was about to order more too.
Oh my, I need to do live plants! This is inspirational.
